Tastesutra, an eclectic hands on cookery studio that breaks the general norms of cooking. Encouraging experimentation in the kitchen, a very passionate Anchal Bhalla, owner and proprietor of tastesutra hosted my mom and I for a wonderful bond over cooking session in partnership with Gayatri Iyer, owner of Chef in a box and the incredibly talented home baker, Tanya Gupta from Whiskawish.
Non conventional sugarless refreshing summer coolers, salads perfect for a day in the sun and desserts healthy enough to become a part of any weight loss diet plan. Simple nourishing and holistic, an inspiring demonstration that helped both my mom and I inculcate a drive and passion to use indigenous ingredients and turn them into something absolutely extraordinary.
What’s more, it was an added lesson in some of the most unusual health benefits of the ingredients available at any Indian household along with little tips and tricks to make your life in the kitchen a lot less taxing and a lot more fun.
A decadent chocolate mousse that is not only vegan but also sugar-free or a batch of deviously indulgent yet the healthiest classic American peanut butter cookies you will ever have.
Tastesutra makes for a fun, colourful and interactive environment that reflected in the food I had a chance to learn and prepare here.
A concept of cooking that is not only sustainable but also wholesome.
Tastesutra also hosts various bonding over cooking events fit for corporates and newly weds alike. A wonderful place, a wonderful chef and some wonderful food, a session at Tastesutra is not just about cooking but about the overall experience packed along.
