As the name rightly suggests the place odes a special dedication to the lovely ladies, and to double it up they are making this place an all exclusive ladies club where no guy can enter until and unless he has a company of a lady. Two thumbs up to the thought
The place has been done with rich taste and style. The mutil-story restaurant along with a rooftop sitting offers ample space and variety of options to choose from.
The first level offers elegant seating marked with cute and colourful furniture and an open area seating along with a bar while the second floor seating offers peace and private space to hang out with a group of friends while checking the remarkable pieces of jewellery kept on sale for the customers to buy.
But my favourite would be the rooftop seating besides the small waterfall. The roof is very well decorated by plants and green leaves giving you the luxury of sitting in the nature’s lap.
All the food items on the menu are inspired from Bombay and also the regional influences on the Bombay food.
We started off the morning with a relaxing cup of Green Tea. The cutlery was beautiful and class apart. Everything has been done up considering the sheer elegance and style of a woman.
Vitamin Kurmure Bhel – This one was right out off the streets of Mumbai, the kurmure bhel with bhel, onions, pomegranate, mint and date chutney was very crispy, flavourful and the green apple served with the bhel provided the much desired punch. Yes, truly Vitamin C enriched
Koliwada Chicken – Inspired from the Koliwada Colony in Mumbai, which is a fisherman dominated locality. The chicken cooked in the spicy koliwada batter was uber soft and yummy. Served with chipotle Mayo
Stuffed Dal ka Chilla – The Dal ka chilla was served in the form of Tachos and was elegantly and tastefully stuffed with Paneer Bhurji and lemon pickle. It can’t get healthier than this. Perfect mix of paneer and pickle. Loved every bite of it
Chinese Dosa – Pretty innovative style of serving dosa, in a form of small roll. The rolls were basically filled with Mumbai inspired schezwan sauce and amul cheese. Loved the innovation and basic ingredients in the dish
The desserts being the favourite part of my meal are the most anticipated plates on the table. I got the privilege to have my hands around the awesome Bombay Mawa Cake – The aww-so lovely Mawa layer on the bed of dryfruits was fantastic. I could not stop myself from having spoon fulls of it. I am drooling only by the sheer thought of the dessert.
Grandma’s Apple Pie – The warm apple pie served with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream was as expected too. Great preparation.
Lastly, I would say that every item of the menu has been very tastefully designed and brilliantly prepared and presented by Chef Pawan and his team. Kudos for preparing such great innovation with the basic ingredients and coming out with such lip smacking food.
I would love to come back again and again for the Bombay Mawa Cake and the lovely indoors along with the beautiful waterfall on the roof.
We saw the food winking, smiling and alluring us but then we have to leave just to come back with more experiences from our EnticingFoodCruise
